Argh! Explosm Messed Up My Order!

First of all let us apologize from the bottom of our hearts. We're terrible, terrible people and were probably drunk while fulfilling the order.

Here's how to get it fixed:

  1. Use the Explosm Store's Contact Form to send us an email. Please reference your order number and describe the situation in detail.

  2. Wait 1-2 business days for us to respond with the next step. Methods of waiting might include playing video games, cooking for your friends, stamp collecting, or arson.

  3. Once we get back to you, most likely with a prepaid return label, you can send your product back. Once we get it, we'll send the right one. In rare cases when we've sold out of the correct item, we'll refund your order, say the word "sorry" a lot, and give $5 off your next order.


Oh Snap, I Made a Mistake!

Don't beat yourself up over it! This is really easy to fix.

Do the following:

  1. Use the Explosm Store's Contact Form to send us an email. Please reference your order number and describe the situation in detail.

  2. If the order still hasn't shipped, we'll fix it for you. If it's an order that has already shipped, wait 1-2 business days for us to confirm that the product you meant to get is available. If it is, we'll set it aside for you. We'll then notify you that it's time for you send your old order back to us. We'll give you an address, and you can send it via any carrier you want.

  3. Once we receive it, we'll issue you a one-time coupon code equal to the price of the item being returned. Told you it was easy.

I Shipped First-Class Mail International and Never Got My Stuff

We're unsure exactly how First-Class Mail International works, but we believe it involves firing your shipment out of a cannon in the general direction of your country. It's slow and unreliable. While Priority Mail gets it there in a week in most cases, First-Class can take up to a month, and in a few rare cases never arrive. Yes, ultra-cheap shipping has a downside.

If six weeks have passed since you placed your order and the package has still not arrived, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the Explosm Store's Contact Form to send us an email. Please reference your order number and describe the situation in detail.

  2. Wait 1-2 business days for us to respond. Usually the best thing we can do is re-ship the order and cross our fingers.
