Domestic Returns & Exchanges
All mistaken orders for which we are at fault will be replaced free of charge. We will issue you a return shipping label, and upon receipt of the product will immediately send you the correct one via Priority Mail.
All mistaken orders for which the customer is at fault can be exchanged so long as the customer pays for shipping. We will provide the customer with an address to ship their product to, and upon receipt of the product will issue a coupon code for the total amount of the product.
Customers wishing to return a product may do so within 30 days of receiving it. We do not charge a restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we will refund the order (but not the shipping portion) within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
Packages lost in transit will be resent to a different or corrected address, at no charge to the customer.
Products which arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge, so long as photographic evidence of damage is provided.
International Returns, Exchanges and Loss
Because of higher shipping costs, we cannot extend our domestic returns & exchanges policy to customers outside of the United States. If we are at fault for a mistake in the order, we will refund the mistaken portion of the order. If the customer is at fault for a mistake in the order, we unfortunately cannot fix it. International customers should be extremely careful in selecting the right products and putting in exact delivery addresses.
Packages lost in transit which were sent with either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International will be sent again once at no expense. If the original package has not arrived within four weeks, we will request a different delivery address for the second one. We will then send the second package to this new address. If the order does not arrive again within four weeks, we will refund your payment.
Due to higher incidences of loss associated with First-Class Mail International shipping, we cannot fully refund your order. If the original package has not arrived within six weeks, we will request a different delivery address for the second one. If the new package does not arrive within six weeks, we will refund 50% of the order.
The store does not ship orders on weekends or the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving, and the day after
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- Labor Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
All customer service requests must be submitted via the store contact form. We may not respond to customer service requests sent by other means.
